Bojack Horseman is one of the strangest and most unexpectedly emotionally deep animated series in recent memory. If you’ve not seen it, it tells the tale of Bojack Horseman, a washed up Bob Saget style sitcom star from the 90’s who is wallowing in-self pity and self-hatred, while also dreaming of redemption. He is surrounded by a group of other characters that are bound to him equally out of love (even if they won’t admit it) as they are by their own level of dysfunction.
