Eat your heart out cosplayers. Check out this amazing T-Rex costume designed and created by the extremely talented Jamie P. The T-Rex skeleton costume was creating using a CNC router and hand cut parts. In all, the suit weights merely 25 lbs and is made from closed cell poly foam and welded steel and aluminum frames.
