Kristen Stewart hasn’t had quite the same luck that her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson has had in moving past the glittery stain of the YA franchise, but the actress has been consistently getting more and more high-profile roles like the recent Charlie’s Angels re-boot. Now it’s being reported that her next role will be something a little more royal.

Pablo Larraín, the man who directed Natalie Portman in ‘Jackie’ is moving from first ladies to princesses with his newest film, Spencer, and he’s tapped Stewart for the role of Princess Diana.

The new film will focus on three days in the early ’90s when Diana decided that her marriage to Prince Charles wasn’t working so she traveled to the House of Windsor to think things over.

There is currently no word on who will play Prince Charles, or any other casting news as of yet.
