Kazuaki Horitomo is a Japanese artist, living in California and his two biggest passions in life are cats and tattoos. When it comes to art, Horitomo specializes in the Japanese tradition of tebori (a technique of tattooing by hand). As a way to help bring his passions together, he’s created the Monmon cats. They are a series of illustrations that feature tattooed cats as well as cats tattooing other cats.
