LEGOs have been getting pretty fancy over the last few years, but no one expected to see photos of them hanging on the walls of a fine art gallery. Well, thanks to photographers: Vesa Lehtimaki, Shelly Corbett, and Boris Vanrillaer, that’s exactly what is happening.
The artists may be from different parts of the world (Helsinki, Seattle, and Stockholm, respectively), but their shared love of taking photos of LEGOs gave them the inspiration to team up and form the art collective: known as Stuck In Plastic.
Their newest project, “In LEGO, We Connect.” is now on exhibit at the Bryan Ohno Gallery in Seattle. Check out some highlights below.
