There are few foods and beverages more ubiquitous to the college experience than Ramen and beer. For some reason The Collective Brewing Project thought they belonged together. The new frankenbeverage is called Cup O’ Beer.
So, how is it made? First, you’ve probably got to get really stoned to come up with the idea. After that, you brew a batch of beer with 55 pounds of Ramen noodles. Ginger, lime zest, lemongrass, and seaweeed-cured sea salt to add all the magic flavors.
Former starving college kids, rejoice: @cbpfortworth has made a beer with ramen noodles. Additions of lime zest, ginger, coriander, lemongrass and seaweed-cured sea salt give the gose a briny, limey kick, but the starchy noodles pack the real dorm room nostalgia. Just don’t let the RA catch you drinking it.
