According to the New York Post, Terrence Howard who was first bounced from reprising his role as James Rhodes in Iron Man 2, is now apparently facing a $5 million lawsuit.
This month has not been good for Terrence all around, as the onetime Oscar nominee is facing allegations of assault from Broadway composer, Tex Allen.
“Allen, a jazz pianist and brother of Cat’s director, Debbie Allen, claims he was punched in the kisser by Howard during a rehearsal back in January.”
Although Tex Allen could not be reached for a comment on the suit, Howard’s own publicists, Michelle Benson, insists that the allegations is nothing and expects this “frivolous suit to be dismissed.”
