There have been several different takes on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles over the years, but CG modelist Mickaël Lelièvre’s TMNT are truly something to behold. When designing them, he asked what would have happened if the mutagen had fallen on several standard turtle species. He then made sure to respect things like the established size differences between the turtles: Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo and Donatello.
For some, these turtles might be a little too weird or even a little bit scary, but I think they look pretty damned amazing.
