Whether you are one of the fans are reveling in the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and some are pouting in the corner because the theories they’ve been guessing about for the last two years didn’t come true, you’ve still got to eat. That doesn’t mean you’ve got to fill your belly with Taco Bell (though that does sound good right about now). Instead, you can take a cue from Austin-based cook, Cane Rosso and chomp into a delicious looking plate of Death Star ravioli.
The ravioli are made with a squid-ink pasta (hence the dark side aesthetic), and filled with herbed goat and ricotta cheese. You can see them here, served up with cherry tomatoes and lemon butter sauce. Pardon me while I go wipe the drool off my keyboard.
You can check out more of Cane’s tasty creations on INSTAGRAM.
