We’ve seen the Yoga Joes mentioned for a while. They started out as a Kickstarter project. I think yoga is a really interesting way to reduce stress. Sadly, I can’t seem to do it without hurting myself and getting really pissed off, but that is neither here nor there.
What we’ve always liked about the Yoga Joes is that they are part tow and part educational device. First, I mean who doesn’t love little green army men, right? However, these are actually more than that. They were created as a way to be able to pass around easy to follow examples of properly performed yoga poses. This not only opens the door to a lot of people interested in getting their Namaste on, but helps make sure they are doing it right and not hurting themselves like me.
