A Quiet Place 2 was due out in theaters almost a year ago, but the world decided it needed to create it’s own horror movie for a little while. Now that theaters are starting to open back up and vaccinations are available to all in the US, we are going to finally get to see the next chapter in the Quiet Place saga on June 3rd.
While John Krasinski will only be joining his off-screen partner, Emily Blunt in flashback scenes this time around, he’s still on-board as the director and a co-writer of the film as we see how his family gets on in an invaded world without him. Will they save people? Can they save themselves? We’ll know in just under a month!
Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (#EmilyBlunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.
