Adam Sandler’s ‘The Do-Over’ Attempts To Make Up For Ridiculous 6

When Adam Sandler signed a multi-picture deal with Netflix, I’m not really sure that anyone was expecting great things. Then, we got Ridiculous 6. To say it wasn’t good is generous. Rotten Tomatoes gave the film a 0%. Even Josh Trank’s Fan4stic got 9%.

Now, Sandler is back with a new film called ‘The Do-Over,’ co-starring David Spade. While I’m not going to say it looks like a great movie, even the trailer is a huge improvement over the entirety of his last film.

The life of a bank manager is turned upside down when a friend from his past manipulates him into faking his own death and taking off on an adventure.

The Do-Over begins streaming exclusively on Netflix on May 27th.
