MTV has posted a teaser trailer for an animated CGI film being developed based on Darkhorse’s and Eric Powell’s comic book “The Goon.” The teaser features the voices of Clancy Brown as The Goon and Paul Giamatti as his sidekick Franky.
From the initial looks, it looks completely dysfunctional, just the way it’s suppose to be. I suppose we have David Fincher to thank for that as he’s been taking an active role in adapting and bringing the comic to life.
The script will be penned by none other that Eric Powell, who’s seemingly been writing the comic all his life so you know it’ll be good. Fans who are attending Comic-Con this week will have a chance to see more of “The Goon,” as there will be a Goon panel this Friday night.
