Throughout season three of The CW’s Arrow, we saw lots of references to Hal Jordan via nods to Ferris Air and even a reference to a Pilot (presumably Hal) crashing his plane. Now, a new piece of promotional art has popped up for season four and it not only features the city where Hal Makes his home, but it also teases us with part of the Lantern Oath.
