‘Avengers 4′ Adds ’13 Reasons Why’ Actress In Mystery Role

The Wrap has just reported something that is going to have movie fans in speculation mode all weekend long. 13 Reasons Why star Katherine Langford has just been announced as a new cast member in Avengers 4. Who is she playing? WE HAVE NO IDEA!

For all we know, she could be a villain or a hero. She might be a younger version of a current character, or (as we think) an older one. All we know is that her scenes have been shot already.

So, who do we think she is? We really only have one guess, but it’s so easy that it has to be wrong. Given the fact that we know there’s a rumored time-jump in the film of around five years… our current one dollar bet is that we are looking at the teenage version of Cassie Lang, Scott Lang/ Ant-Man’s daughter. If that’s right than Katherine Langford just hit the jackpot because it means she’s probably got a multi-film deal in her future as she grows into the hero known as Stature, Stinger, Ant-Girl, or Giant-Girl… all the aliases by which she is at one point known in the comics.

One way or another, we’ll know for sure when Avengers 4 hits theaters on May 3, 2019.
