It was recently announced that Marvel was developing a Wonder Man series for Disney +. There haven’t been any details about the show or who will be playing Wonder Man/ Simon Williams, but Variety has no announced that Iron Man 3/ Shang-Chi star, Sir Ben Kingsley will be returning to the series to reprise his role of Trevor Slattery.
Given that Simon Williams’ origin involves him being a movie star, it would make sense that we see him alongside the only other character from the MCU who works as an actor. We don’t know if Kingsley will be an active part of the story, a cameo, or if he’ll feature in flashbacks. We will probably get more details at D23 on September 10th.
