Keanu Reeves sat down with MTV yesterday to talk about his new movie, ‘Henry’s Crime’, but he also took time to answer questions about the continued talk of a third Bill and Ted’s movie. Over the years, the concept has gone everywhere from direct sequel to complete reboot. Well, thankfully, there is movement and it it towards a sequel.
Keanu had this to say about a script that is being written for the movie.
“I believe the writers are six weeks away from a draft,”
How freakin sweet is that? The idea is that the movie will follow the first two in storyline. At the end of Bogus Journey, it was revealed to the guys that they will write the song that brings harmony to the universe. That clearly has not happened yet and the reason why will be the main idea behind the story.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
