‘Black Friday’ – Bruce Campbell Alien Invasion Flick Gets US Release

There’s no such thing as too much Bruce Campbell and fans of the Evil Dead and Spider-Man franchise actor should get excited because his new alien invasion flick just got picked up for distribution in the US. Black Friday “takes place on the busiest shopping night of the year, watching as a group of disgruntled toy store employees are forced to defend themselves from legions of holiday shoppers, who have been turned into monstrous creatures by a mysterious alien parasite.” according to a report from Deadline.

Along with Campbell, the new movie stars Devon Sawa (Final Destination), Ivana Baquero (Pan’s Labyrinth), Ryan Lee (Goosebumps), Michael Jai White (Arrow), and Stephen Peck. It’s set for an initial premiere at Fantasyfest before getting a wider release in the US in November. We’re not sure if the film will be heading to the big screen or a streamer, but we should have a trailer sometime in the next couple of weeks.
