‘Bob Marley: One Love’ Teaser Trailer Gives First Look At ‘Secret Invasion’ Star As Reggae Legend

Growing up, there was one CD that was pretty much always in rotation for me, Legend: The Best of Bob Marley and The Wailers. His talent and music transcended reggae and made a massive impact in the world. A lot of that had to do as much with the man as it does with the music. Now, we’re getting our first look at the Bob Marley Biopic, “Bob Marley: One Love” starring Secret Invasion’s Kingsley Ben-Adir (Gravik) as the musician/ cultural icon. Another big Marvel star, Lashana Lynch (Maria Rambeau) is on-board as his wife, Rita Marley.

We don’t know how late into Marley’s life the biopic will go, but the singer survived an attempt on his life (this will be part of the film) to die from a brain tumor that spread from skin cancer that was originally discovered on his toe in 1977.

BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE celebrates the life and music of an icon who inspired generations through his message of love and unity. On the big screen for the first time, discover Bob’s powerful story of overcoming adversity and the journey behind his revolutionary music. Produced in partnership with the Marley family and starring Kingsley Ben-Adir as the legendary musician and Lashana Lynch as his wife Rita, BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE is in theatres January 12, 2024.
