It’s amazing to think that you can get as emotionally invested in a cartoon about a narcissistic horse, but here we are. The final trailer for the last group of episodes of Bojack Horseman was just released and that means we are only two weeks away from saying goodbye to one of the best non-action oriented animated series in recent memory.
With a voice cast that includes Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Paul F. Tompkins, and Aaron Paul, Bojack Horseman has told the tale of broken people who seem to break everything they touch on their journey to find a little peace and clarity for themselves. The show actually took us to some places you wouldn’t expect them to recover from, but they did. Whether it was dealing with addiction, loss, or abandonment, the show’s creators managed to make a bunch of anthropomorphic animals into a funny and sometimes heartbreaking story.
If you haven’t seen Bojack Horseman, you’ve got until January 31st to watch the first 5 and a half seasons. If you have, the show still holds up on a second viewing.
