Brad Ingelsby Penned to Adapt DC Comics and Wildstorm’s Sleeper

Variety announced today that Warner Bros. Pictures has hired Brad Ingelsby to write and adapt DC Comics/Wildstrom imprint’s Sleeper on to the big screen.

A two twelve-issue limited series written by Ed Brubaker (Daredevil, Iron Fist) with art by Sean Philips, Sleepers is about operative Holden Carver whose fusion with an alien artifact makes him impervious to pain which has him placed undercover in Tao’s criminal organization.

Sleepers will be produced by Sam Raimi with Star Road entertainment partner Josh Donen.
