It’s been thirty years since Francis Ford Copolla’s take on Bram Stoker’s Dracula was in theaters. The film, which stars Sir Anthony Hopkins, Gary Oldman, Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Cary Elwes, and Tom Waits remains a fan favorite and an iconic piece of cinema from the early 1990s.
to celebrate the anniversary (and Halloween), the film is getting a 4K upgrade for the first time. UK fans will get to see the film on October 7th, while, US cinemas will get screenings on the 23rd and 27th of the month.
