Cast Of ‘New Moon’ Throws A Better Football Than Brady Quinn

“New Moon,” the much anticipated sequel to “Twilight” drops this Thursday at midnight and as a result Kristin Stewart, Taylor Lautner and other cast members have been making their usual rounds on late night shows to promote the film.

Below are two videos segmented featuring co-stars Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) on Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno respectfully throwing footballs around. Why are they throwing footballs around, and what does football have to do with vampires and werewolves? Nothing really, but they make for a much more entertaining segments. Plus, who doesn’t want to see a hunk or a hot girl in a tight dress and heels throw the old pig skin around?

The first clip features Taylor Lautner showing off his arm on the Jay Leno Show Tuesday by throwing darts to Hall-of-Famer Jerry Rice. The second features a tomboyish Kristen Stewart with Jimmy Fallon trying to smash plates with footballs. Both Taylor and Kristen showed off their incredible arm strength and accuracy that even professional NFL players like Brady Quinn of the Cleavland Browns could covet and envy.
