‘Conan The Barbarian’ Red Band Trailer Released

The new trailer for Conan The Barbarian just hit and I’ve got to say, I’m surprised at how little blood there is in this movie… Just kidding, it’s got more blood than the elevator scene from The Shining.

On the upside, it is looking more and more like this is going to be a ridiculously awesome action flick. On the other hand, I’m not sure how much seeing more of Jason Mamoa’s acting makes me feel. I want this movie to be epic. I know Arnold wasn’t the best actor either, but he could hide behind his accent. I guess we’ll have to wait and see until we get a look at more footage.

Here’s the official synopsis:
Having thrived and evolved for eight consecutive decades in the public imagination- in prose and graphics, on the big screen and small, in games and properties of all kinds- Conan’s exploits in the Hyborian Age now come alive like never before in a colossal 3D action-adventure film. A quest that begins as a personal vendetta for the fierce Cimmerian warrior soon turns into an epic battle against hulking rivals, horrific monsters, and impossible odds, as Conan realizes he is the only hope of saving the great nations of Hyboria from an encroaching reign of supernatural evil.
