After years of waiting and speculation, Deadpool is back and this time he’s joking about getting pegged in a Disney movie. That’s about the best intro fans could hope for.
The trailer sets Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) up as a new recruit of the TVA and “Marvel Jesus.” We don’t know what the mission is, but we know it involves Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. We don’t see much of Logan in the trailer, but we get a glimpse of him in his Patch get-up on what looks like Madripoor as well as his shadow and claws at the very end.
As far as the Fox Marvel cameos, There aren’t a ton beyond the cast of previous Deadpool films… Though, it was great to see Peter is still around. The only real cameo we saw (I think) was Aaron Stanford reprising the role of Pyro from the original FOX X-Men films.
We are hoping they can keep most of the big stuff under wraps before the film hits theaters on July 26th.
