Jodie Whittaker’s run as The Doctor is set to wrap up next month and the BBC has now released the first teaser images from Doctor Who: The Power of the Doctor. Love her or hate, her Whittaker’s run as The Doctor has left an indelible mark on the franchise, complete with a change to the titular character’s origin story.
Before we see what Russell T. Davies and new Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa, have in store for us, it looks like we’ll be seeing The Master take one more swipe at their arch-nemesis. Even more importantly for many fans is that the upcoming episode will lay the groundwork for the Doctor Who anniversary special which bring back David Tennant and Catherine Tate and introduces Neil Patrick Harris as a new villain for the franchise.
