Despite nearly the entire internet getting behind the charge to make Donald Glover the next Spider-Man, the job went to Andrew Garfield. Meanwhile, in the Marvel Ultimate universe, Peter Parker died and Miles Morales took up the mantle. Not totally surprising, Morales bares a resemblance to Glover.
Now, Disney XD is bringing Ultimate Spider-Man to the small screen and they’ve tapped Childish Gambino as the voice of the character… who was really designed to look like him anyways. Check out a clip from the upcoming series below.
