Evil was one of our favorite new shows last year and we were starting to think that a second season was never going to happen. Thankfully, the horror/mystery series starring Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, and Michael Emerson is coming back, just in a different venue. Variety announced today that the show would be joining other CBS almuni including Seal Team, and Clarice as part of the new programming slate on Paramount+. This will also reunite the series with The Good Fight, a spin-off of The Good Wife. All three series were created by Robert and Michelle King.
There’s no word on when exactly the new season will hit Paramount +, but production started last November, so it means we could be looking at a release during the summer or fall of 2021.
