Exclusive Domestic ‘Salt’ Trailer Out Now

Check it out, the new American trailer for “Salt” is now out. Starring Angelina Jolie, she plays CIA officer Evelyn Salt, who’s implicated in a supposed plot to assassinate the President of the US.

What that translate into is Jolie dying her hair black after being accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy. So instead of staying put to resolve the matter, she goes on the run hoping to clear her name and prove that she’s still loyal to the US while ultimately chaos, explosions and car chases ensues.

Yup, it’s going to be awesome.

Directed by Phillip Noyce (The Saint, Patriot Games) “Salt” is based on a script by Kurt WImmer and Brian Helgeland. “Salt” also stars Liev Schreiber, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Zoe Lister Jones.
