Madhouse has released a new extended trailer for their upcoming “Supernatural” anime which builds upon previously seen footage in addition to a behind-the-scenes look at the series featuring live action stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles.
The entire 22-episode animated series will be available on Blu-ray and DVD when Warner Home Video beings shipping the series in chunks beginning February 23, March 9 and April 6. The animated series will follow the live-action show’s first two seasons with addition content to beef up the back stories of all the characters.
Both Padalecki and Ackles will lend their vocal stylings to at least two English-dubbed episodes in the Japanese set, but North American fans would most likely have a new dubbed/subbed release.
