If you didn’t know already, Fox is in the process of rebooting the “Fantastic Four” franchise and when there are reboot rumors there are casting rumors.
According to CBM, Fox is looking to cast Alice Eve as the new Sue Storm A.K.A. The Invisible Woman. Eve was recently attached to play Emma Frost in Matthew Vaughn’s “X-Men: First Class” but had dropped out and eventually replaced by January Jones. Amber Heard (Zombieland) is also rumored to be up for the role as well.
Meanwhile, ScreenRant is reporting that Oscar winner Adrien Brody and Jonathan Rhys Meyers are being considered for the role of Reed Richards A.K.A. Mr. Fantastic.
The reboot is tentatively being called “Fantastic Four Reborn” and will feature a full CG Thing. There hasn’t been anything yet on who’d voice him or who’d play Johnny Storm A.K.A. The Human Torch, who was formally played by Chris Evans… who’s now playing Captain America in “The First Avenger”
