Despite all the talks and promises about last year’s “The Final Destination” being the final chapter to the franchise, Warner Bros is bringing the tweeny-thriller-death back for another round.
At ShowWest, studio exec Alan Horn announced that a Final Destination five is currently in the works. Am I shocked by this development? Not at all, considering how much money the last film made (all $180 million), I’m surprised it wasn’t announced even sooner.
According to Empire, there’s no word on whether series stalwarts Glen Morgan and James Wong or even David R Ellis will be along for the ride this time.
What we do know however is that it will be in 3D like just about every film nowadays and a lot of teens will die horrific and overtly convoluted ways.
