Marvel has released the first clip for their much anticipated upcoming animated series “Ultimate Spider-Man.” The short clip features Nick Fury trying to give Spider-Man S.H.I.E.L.D training to make him into an “Ultimate” Spider-Man.
The series will be unlike any other Spider-Man series, and it a loose adaptation of Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley’s “Ultimate Spider-Man” comic book series.
From EW:
The series’ creative team includes comic-friendly names like Brian Michael Bendis, Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, and Batman: The Animated Series co-creator Paul Dini. (Drake Bell, of Drake & Josh fame, will play Spidey.)
I personally cannot wait for this series which is set to debut on April 1st, on Disney XD.
EW doesn’t allow embeds, so click here to check out the footage.
Superman is currently scheduled for release on July 11, 2025
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
