We’ve been reporting for a while now about NBC’s pilot order for a new show based off DC’s John Constantine series. Well, the pilot is underway, and we’ve got our first look at Matt Ryan as Constantine himself.
He looks a little closer to the character than Keanu Reeves did, but he’s missing his telltale cigarette…. probably because of the political correctness that ruins everything good in the world.
The pilot was written by The Mentalist executive producer Daniel Cerone from a story he co-wrote with David S. Goyer.
