Here’s your first look at Adrianne Palicki (Friday Night Lights) as Wonder Woman.
Now that the initial shock of disappointment is over and your eyes have stopped bleeding, let me begin by asking, this is the best Warner Bros. Television and costuming could come up with? I mean, it’s not bad, for a cosplay at Comic-Con or one of those superhero porn parodies, but for a TV show that’s suppose to reboot one of DC Comics most iconic super heroine? Really?!?
The project, from David E. Kelley Prods. and Warner Bros. TV will retell the story of Wonder Woman, a.k.a. Diana Prince, who is a vigilante crime fighter in Los Angeles, a successful corporate executive and a modern day woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.
Kelley and Bill D’Elia (Boston Legal, The Practice) are executive producing. The pilot was written by Kelley and will be directed by Jeffrey Reiner (The Event).
