Your White Queen has risen and here’s your first look at January Jones (Mad Men) as Emma Frost on the set of Matthew Vaughn’s “X-Men: First Class.”
The movie is currently filming at Pinewood Studios in England, and will be a period piece set in the 60’s. This is our first look of any costume from the upcoming X-Men prequel and so far it looks good. I probably would never consider Jones for the role of Frost, and aside from looking a bit skinny, she’s pulling off the elitist high and mighty look pretty well.
“X-Men: First Class” will follow the classic Marvel mythology charting the very early days prior to the formation of the X-Men.
The film has perhaps one of the largest cast that include: James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Jones, Kevin Bacon, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi, Jason Flemyng, Oliver Platt, Morgan Lily, Zoe Kravitz, and Bill Bilner.
“X-Men: First Class” hits theaters June 3rd, 2011.
