First Teaser For Trolls Doesn’t Feature Enough Trolls Being Eaten

Trollkins Trolls, the jewel-bellied hippies of the fairy realm are getting a movie through Dreamworks and the the first teaser hit just a little while ago. How is it? Well, we don’t get any actual footage from the movie in the film, but even the little bit we get is enough to know that it’s pretty much just a platform to relaunch the perennial toy brand for a new round of trying to take on My little Pony and newer brands like Shopkins. The good news is that we may at least be in for a good musical soundtrack from the film’s stars: Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake.

DreamWorks’ TROLLS is a hair-raising comedy filled with unbelievable adventure and incredible music. Known for their crazy, colourful, and magical hair, Trolls are the happiest, most joyous creatures ever to burst into song. But their world of rainbows and cupcakes is changed forever, when their leader Poppy (Anna Kendrick,) must embark on a rescue mission that takes her far beyond the only world she’s ever known.
