Wow. We weren’t expecting this until the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but it looks like Marvel and Disney couldn’t hold it in any longer. Just about an hour ago, on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Show, the first trailer for Captain America: Civil War was released… and it does not disappoint.
I’ve been wondering for a while now, how they were planning to bring the comic book story to life and the first taste has a much more grounded feel than the source material. We start to get our first look at who comes down on which side of the aisle and we also get our first real look at The Black Panther in Action.
Even in the trailer, it’s great to see how close Falcon and Cap have grown together and how deep the divide is between him and Iron Man. Now, we just have to wait until Next May.
