Darren Criss who appeared as Kurt’s gay role model Blaine in last night’s emotional episode of “Glee” has been promoted by the Fox brass to become a regular on the hit show.
Deadline reports that the “promotion for Criss – who initially came on board the Fox hit as a recurring – would likely kick in at the start of the show’s already-greenlit third season.” This makes it the first regular TV gig for Criss whose biggest pre-Glee TV role was an arc on ABC’s short-lived “Eastwick.” I guess Criss will have to worry no more, as he’s soon to become a full-fledged regular on arguably one of the hottest shows to date.
Also if Criss looks extra familiar to you, it’s because he first found fame as a YouTuber when he performed in “A Very Potter Musical” which became an overnight viral sensation.
