It was just a couple weeks ago that rumors of FOX’s Friday Night Curse was about to rear its ugly head at new newly relocated ‘Fringe.’ Well, fear not, Deadline is reporting that Peter, Olivia and the gang are safe!
FOX has not only renewed the show, but they’ve ordered a full 22-episode season. Ratings have dropped since FOX moved the show into the Friday Night death slot that has eaten fan favorites like ‘Firefly’ and ‘Wonderfalls’. Thankfully, ‘Fringe’ has something neither of those shows had. No, not Pacey Whitter… Fans with DVR’s. The other two shows were around before dvrs were common in most households. So, while the live airing ratings may be in the tank, there’s still a ton of fans who record the show to watch another night.
