Today is a day of double news for Fullmetal Alchemist fans. Not only are we getting a new trailer, but there’s news of the first new manga in seven years!
First up, let’s check out the trailer:
On top of the new trailer, WB Japan has announced that Fullmetal’s creator, Hiromu Arakawa is penning a new chapter for the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. However, it won’t appear in Shonen Gangan, like the rest of the story. This one will be handed out for free in Japan to ticket buyers of the live-action film. There’s no word on how to get a copy in the US, but it sounds like eBay or torrents are probably going to be your best bet.
Film Synopsis:
Two brothers set out on a journey in order to take back everything they have lost. Fullmetal Alchemist is a legendary comic by Hiromu ARAKAWA that has sold over 70 million books worldwide. This emotional adventure finally gets a live-action version! An epic, highly-awaited fantasy action movie has begun to move!
