George Lucas On Why He Wasn’t Involved in Star Wars The Force Awakens

This is the second day in a row that we’ve had some video of George Lucas regarding his lack of involvement in the rebooted Star Wars Franchise. Now, he’s sitting down with the Today show in a new interview that sounds a little bit like sour grapes.

It looks like he really wanted to take the next three films in a whole other direction, and Disney alternatively, wanted to make a film that fans would like.
