GI Joe; A Real Box Office Hero

Despite all the rumors and horror stories, “G.I.Joe: The Rise of Cobra” pulled out a major victory for Paramount this weekend when it won the weekly box office battle with a take of over $56 million dollars. Rated by Roger Ebert at 1.5 stars and just 39% freshness from Rotten Tomatoes, fans like our own Miss Bonnified of Bonnified Truth, (who saw it twice!!!) clearly saw something that the critics missed.

Coming in a distant second at just over $20 million dollars was “Julie and Julia,” the tale of two college girls embarking on a journey of erotic self discovery. Just Kidding, It’s a movie about an out of work housewife and famed TV chef Julia Child.
