While I loved John Wick, my favorite character in the whole movie was the hotel for assassins. Hotel Artemis isn’t quite that, but this near-future film about a vacant hotel that is secretly a hospital for criminals might be pretty close. The film, which is set in 2028 was written and directed by Drew Pearce (he wrote Iron Man 3 and Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation and is currently working on both Sherlock Holmes 3 and the next Ghostbusters film), and features a cast that includes: Jodie Foster, Sterling K. Brown, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Charlie Day, and Dave Bautista.
