I hope this movie doesn’t have an after-credits scene. After all these casting announcements, the credits are going to be an hour long! Seriously, I’d hate to see the casting budget on this film. Anyways, today’s latest casting announcement in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is for the role of Chaff. E. Roger Mitchell landed the part after roles in Battle: Los Angeles and S.W.A.T.
Chaff is a District 11 Tribute who won the 45th Hunger Games. As a point of reference, Katniss won the 74th.
Mitchell will be joining Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Amanda Plummer, along with many, many more. Catching Fire on November 22, 2013.
