John Cena Joins Nick’s ‘Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Voice Cast

John Cena just came off playing the voice of the nicest bull in the world in ‘Ferdinand’, and now he’ll be returning to the microphone to voice an original villain for Nickelodeon’s new TMNT series. The WWE Star made the announcement today while promoting his upcoming Nick competition show called “Keep it spotless” in which kids compete to stay clean.

Cena’s character on the show will be an original villain called Baron Draxum, a man (or alien from the sound of it), who is intent on converting all of mankind into mutants. He’ll be joining a cast that already includes Kat Graham as April O’Niell,Josh Brener as Donatello, Omar Benson Miller as Raphael, Ben Schwartz as Leonardo and Brandon Mychal Smith as Michelangelo. TMNT voice Alum Robert Paulsen will directing the new series.
