The last time we saw Jonah Hex in live action was when WB made what might have been one of it’s worst ever films starring Megan Fox and Josh Brolin.
After that mess, it looked like we’d never see the character again, but it looks like we’ll see him later this season when he appears on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
Showrunner Marc Guggenheim, said: “Ever since we decided that ‘Legends’ would involve time travel, we were eager to do a story set in the Old West, but if you’re going to do a story set in the DC Universe version of the Old West, you simply MUST include Jonah Hex in it. We’re thrilled about bringing another well known, beloved DC character to television.”
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow premieres Thursday, January 21st on The CW, and stars Brandon Routh, Wentworth Miller, Caity Lotz, Victor Garber, Arthur Darvill, Ciara Renée, Franz Drameh, Dominic Purcell, and Falk Hentschel.
