Deadline just reported that Aaron Taylor-Johnson, star of the upcoming Kick-Ass 2, is currently being actively courted to fill the role of Quicksilver in Joss Whedon’s upcoming The Avengers 2. This is not to be confused with Evan Peters, who is playing the role of the same character in Bryan Singer’s upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past.
