‘Legally Blonde 3’ To Be Written By Mindy Kaling, ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Showrunner

We’ve been hearing about Legally Blonde 3 for a while now, but now it sounds like the film is definitely moving forward as The Office’s Mindy Kaling, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine Showrunner, Dan Goor have been named as the new writers.

In a new report from THR, It was announced that the two would write the new script, with Witherspoon’s banner Hello Sunshine producing. Reese Whitherspoon will most definitely be back in pink as the indomitable Elle Woods. Based on the narrative trajectory of the film first two films, we can only imagine that the threequel will follow Woods as she runs for and becomes the first female president of the USA.
