Let’s face it. Secret Invasion was a letdown. She-Hulk was a let-down. Marvel’s TV universe is starting to leave a bad taste in the mouths of fans. Loki was definitely one of the better shows created for Disney+ by the studio, and fans are still excited about seeing season 2. The question now is whether the involvement of Jonathan Majors and the general apathy toward the Multiverse Saga will mean that they tune in for the new episodes.
Just a few minutes ago, the first trailer for season 2 of Loki dropped, and it looks like a lot of fun. There’s plenty of action. The drama and the stakes seem high. Interestingly, the only footage of Johnathan Majors in the trailer comes from the end credits scene of And-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania (Another letdown).
Loki Season 1 has bought enough goodwill with us that we’ll be tuning in when it drops on Disney+ on October 6th. Will you be watching?
